Very disappointed with knowledge of service advisors. .also very disappointed that Kia does not give free oil change and tire rotation for 5, 000 service or 6 months whichever comes first..all in all, I w .also very disappointed that Kia does not give free oil change and tire rotation for 5, 000 service or 6 months whichever comes first..all in all, I will not go back to that dealership for further services or to purchase a new car,, it ended up costing over $100.00 for this service which probably wasn’t necessary because I only had 2700 miles after 7 months of ownership.This is my third Kia that I’ve purchased and (due to unforeseen circumstances) the third dealership that I’ve been to and the only one that I was thoroughly disgusted by the way they handled the entire process.
