Great dealership with great salespeople! I am a returning customer of Grieco Kia of Delray Beach. The first time I went to that specific Kia dealership was based on internet reviews. I, too, I am a returning customer of Grieco Kia of Delray Beach. The first time I went to that specific Kia dealership was based on internet reviews. I, too, was very satisfied with my experience. I am equally pleased this time around. I was very specific and had a mindset on the car I was looking for and my salesman, Quinn McDaniel, was nothing but accommodating! He was very patient with a "let's find you your perfect car" attitude! It was poring down rain and he ran around the car lot bringing the potential cars in a covered bay for me to inspect. After several hours and multiple cars (due to my own pickiness), he finally found the car I was looking for. Although we worked exclusively with Quinn, every salesperson was very friendly and appeared highly professional. They were also open to negotiating the price, which as consumers, we all love that! I would highly recommend Grieco Kia of Delray to anyone looking for a positive car purchasing experience. More

Great Buying and Service Experience I took delivery of my 2015 Kia Sportage EX at the end of September of 2014. The entire leasing process was a very pleasant surprise from test ride to I took delivery of my 2015 Kia Sportage EX at the end of September of 2014. The entire leasing process was a very pleasant surprise from test ride to paperwork. This was made possible by a very knowledgeable and helpful sales rep, Nelson Baez, who took a personal interest in the entire transaction. My first service on the vehicle was equally easy and pleasant from setting the appointment to a very short wait to get my vehicle serviced and returned. This was made so by Debbie Roetzel, Ike and John in the Service area. In addition to the sales and service experiences Grieco Kia also hosted a Customer Appreciation Night where customers were able to meet Sales, Service and Administrative staff who were able to address any questions people had about their vehicles. There was also a very nice spread of "finger food" and beverages. If you want to be treated fairly and courteously by a knowledgeable staff I would certainly recommend you visit Grieco Kia. More
