Longest wait So my appointment was for 9am on a Tuesday... I didn't get out of there until 11am, longest oil change ever! They say it will take 45mins... NOPE! The So my appointment was for 9am on a Tuesday... I didn't get out of there until 11am, longest oil change ever! They say it will take 45mins... NOPE! The only reason why I'm getting my oil changed there is because I was lied to about the "service package" at Daytona kia. Was told it would include ALOT more. I felt more sorry for the poor elderly people sitting around for hours on end. Unsure what they were there for but one guy was there at 8am, and was still waiting around. Needless to say they had ALOT ofnupset customers. Hire more service personnel or don't schedule so many appointments! More

Awesome and professional people! I really liked the service writer. She was professional even the receptionist who answered the phone was polite and welcoming. I would just like the service person to be more cognizant of the oil on their hands when getting into a vehicle with light interior. There was oil on the interior of the leather of my door where they open and close the door which made it dirty. I was not happy about that. But Kristie the service writer is awesome, very pleased and happy with her professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. More
