When I submitted my survey with honest answers to the questions, I was then contacted by the salesman, James, who helped me saying that I didn’t follow the “cheat sheet” he sent me and that I caused him to loose out on his monthly bonus… I went in and bought a car - the process took less than 2 hours. It’s not my job to follow the “cheat sheet” for a perfect score on a survey, it’s the salesman’s job to follow the “cheat sheet” so that they can make sure they are doing everything in order to get a perfect score!
