I have seen some reviews that honestly scared me. One about a black female feeling taken advantage of and about them being racist. As a black woman this kind of scared me but With this information in mind I still went to this Kia because I had my heart set on a Kia Telluride. When I say some of these reviews couldn’t be any further from the truth! I feel like I have found a new family at Kia delray. As soon as I walk in the doors they are calling my sales guy (Ricky) to greet me, help me eagerly and with a huge smile on his face. We love Kia delray so much that my mom just purchased a Kia Sportage after all the good things I told her. Andy in finance was so patient with her and the millions of questions she had. He didn’t rush her he gave her time to think about this major decision before her. Ricky was amazing per usual. Even to the ladies who set the appointments were amazing to my kids offering them snacks and candies from the back because there were no more on the table. I recently had a damaged part of my brand new care and was obviously frustrated. Ricky spoke to my service advisor (Jon) and between the two of them had me set up for an appointment for repair within days and even offered to drop me to work if I needed them too. I can’t say thank you enough. I will continue to sing the praises of Kia delray. More

Edgar was my sales associate. He called and up an appointment. When I arrived he was there to meet me. Plus Robert the Mgr had already created some documents for me to review re He called and up an appointment. When I arrived he was there to meet me. I decided to buy my lease and yes there was some dealer fees required to purchase my car off lease from Kia Finance. But in this market place the fees were reasonable and Edgar was very efficient in getting the paper work completed and me out the door in record time. Highly recommend Edgar ( and Andy in Finance) as people to work with. More
