I strongly advise against using KIA Delray for any service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. Despite explaining the problem, they only calibrated the tires, which didn’t service. My husband had to visit three times due to ongoing tire issues. On the third visit, after waiting 3 hours for an inspection, we discovered they hadn’t even started the job because they sent an email to me instead of communicating directly with him, even though he was waiting in the lounge. Additionally, they incorrectly charged us for services covered under my Kia Care Maintenance Plan. The dealer ignored our request and still billed us. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to address car issues make KIA Delray a dealership to avoid. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

The service person i met with initially was less than forthright in telling me to return to replace my side view mirror which I did 2 days after the initial visit. I told him I worked and he assured me t forthright in telling me to return to replace my side view mirror which I did 2 days after the initial visit. I told him I worked and he assured me the he would take care of it. He wasn't even there when I returned! Further iwas told it would be up to a 2 hr wait. Absurd. And, I come in to repair one thing and told many other things need to be repaired. I call it bait and switch and a lot of xx. The only redeeming point was the professionalism, courteousness and intervention by Mr John Brown, who was able to expedite the repair so I could get to work. Selling always provides the best; unfortunately, when service is the worst, referrals and good reviews can't be given. More

Sorren was extremely clear about what was going to happen. Very friendly and upbeat which is extremely different than the Kia service centers in Massachusetts where I came from (Unlike the sales team happen.
