Service center helpful and nice. Sales department nice but I didn't feel they were trying to give me a fair deal. This prompted me to buy my 2nd Kia at a location further from where I live. Nethertheless after talking to Delray about a possible upgrade, I'm still hesitant to trust their sales department but service is as always excellent! More

I had no problem at all in visiting your dealership. I was met promptly by Ivan Saintil in a very friendly way. I asked about a test ride and he promptly provided the Sportage for me to test. I was very impressed. I was expecting "pressure" but never got any. He asked the right questions and I gave answers. I finally decided on a lease and he provided several options depending on what I would like to have as a monthly payment. I have purchased a number of cars in the last 60 years and have never had a better experience,. as they say "easy as pie". When I arrived to pick up the car, Ivan spent time with me pointing out the various functions that I would need to know. Since I got the car he has called several times to make sure I was pleased, which I am and suggested that I stop by so he could cover any functions I had questions on. I will do that next week. There were no problems with paperwork and the pricing was as promised. I also met with Andy Smith who was very courteous and easily finished all the appropriate paperwork. It was a pleasure working with Ivan and Andy. Two fine gentlemen. I have received many compliments on the car, and I am very happy with it's performance. More
