communication is horrible for all advisors handling fleet accounts. Every time you call and leave a message no response. I myself am hard to get a hold of but all advisors have my cell and were made aware to accounts. Every time you call and leave a message no response. Not pleased with last service. Engine light indicated engine issues. I've not been able to return the car for review by mechanics. Now the car has stopped and won't start.
