While my service advisor was polite and as helpful as possible considering the circumstances, unfortunately, as usual Kia in general has let me down as a customer. Took my vehicle in for a wheel and tire possible considering the circumstances, unfortunately, as usual Kia in general has let me down as a customer. Took my vehicle in for a wheel and tire claim for a screw, ended up with a damaged wheel altogether. What should have been a quick in and out service turned in to 1 week without our family vehicle. All I can say is every single time I have to go in for service I end up with lackluster service at best and more disappointment in the Kia brand. I’m counting down the days to the end of our lease and will never ever go back. More

My car was losing oil out the engine, after inspection no leaks found they told me to do an oil consumption test. Remember, I bought the car at Kia Delray with 18,000 miles certified preowned, and yet they t leaks found they told me to do an oil consumption test. Remember, I bought the car at Kia Delray with 18,000 miles certified preowned, and yet they told me that the engine was not covered even though my car has only 70,000 miles the service rep advised me to get a and extended warranty and run the engine repair to the warranty fraudulent and unacceptable. We’ll never go back to the dealer again. More
