Arrived at 8:00 for scheduled appointment for an oil change and to look at a tire. When queried at 10:00 the technician had not even started to look at the car. It was pumped with air, but I already pumped air 2 times since I did the service. I have a feeling that they only intend in money, not fixing the problem. A Kia dealership should not be adding extra fees to your invoice one called a service fee $17.99 and credit card fee of 3%. In the future I will only use the dealership for warranty work. This is my home dealership and service center. New service manager is less than desirable at their job. Lack of initiative on their part to pull up my service history and about 75% of what I was being told I “NEEDED” to do I already had done. Bought my car there and has been serviced there ever since it was brand new. Miss the old staff- they were familiar with my car and did not PUSH blindly service numbers up with disregard. More
