Kia Country of Savannah

I purchased my first brand new vehicle from kia Country of savannah. It was recently brought to my attention that the vehicle I purchased from here has illegal tint from an officer who cited me for the off of savannah. It was recently brought to my attention that the vehicle I purchased from here has illegal tint from an officer who cited me for the offense. I reached out to the sales manager edwin to see if anything can be done as I will be left with the charge to remove the tint and the ticket cost. All that was offered to me was "advice" to take it to a tint shop and see if they can remove it or just peel it off myself or trade it in. For the most part, I have been satisfied with my purchase, but the customer service has left a lot to be desired. He also told me he was not going to pull any records to see if there is any proof of a tint on the vehicle. Was also informed they had no pictures of the vehicle when they received it. Didn't even want to lift a finger to work with me. I dont see myself purchasing my next vehicle from here after this experience. Maybe I would be treated better if I purchased a $50,000 car instead of a $25,000 car. More

I went to Kia On Jan 16 for their sales event, which I was told by the sales rep. Patrick that I won gift card, but they didnt have them on hand; he said I could come back that afternoon or he would mail was told by the sales rep. Well 2 weeks past no gift card, so I called them, the receptionist said she would check into it and will call me 'right' back; I waited until now to say if these friendly and polite people of Kia cant keep there word about an gift card or calling back. I would not trust them about their vehicles. I know this was a sales event. but even though I was not going to buy, they should have kept their word More
