Purchased '23 Niro EV at Kia Country Modesto because Kia County Manteca did not have any and didn’t expect to get any. Purchased very expensive maintenance contract at time of car purchase figuring it was a County Manteca did not have any and didn’t expect to get any. Purchased very expensive maintenance contract at time of car purchase figuring it was a factory maintenance contract and with the same dealership name it would be honored at dealership in Manteca. Now I'm told by Manteca Service dept I have to go to Modesto to have it honored. Totally unacceptable! More

Went for my first oil change and I couldn’t get a price prior to arriving. Maybe I could have called but on my other cars I have owned I always was able to get an online quote. I wouldn’t be going back as Jiffy lube is closer and I can get for 50 dollars cheaper and get the full inspection of fluid issues without any additional cost.
