Hi, Joe Lopes was very informative and polite—very easy to talk to during the sale. The sales representative, Carlos Alberto Ochoa-Morendo, was also very kind and kept us well-informed throughout the easy to talk to during the sale. Carlos explained the infotainment system in great detail, which made it extremely easy to drive the car home confidently once all the paperwork was signed.
