Worst sales experience with a car dealer ever! They sold 2 cars supposedly being held out from under me before I could get to the dealer. This happened twice in a 3 day period. Then they pushed to get me to but a gas model when I had told them I wanted a hybrid. I had pre-approved financing from my credit union and money for a down payment which they were told. The were just waiting for the car to arrive in the color and model I wanted and then they sold the cars twice. Never again Kia of Cerritos. Walked out there on a Friday night very upset and by noon the next day was driving away from another local Kia dealer with the car I wanted and was very happy with the second dealer. The difference in the way I was treated by the 2 dealers was night and day. More

Was extremely disappointed w/ the service from their Service department, was greeted by Eddie Chavez who seemed bothered with my wife’s presence and kept insisting for her to buy the most expensive pack Service department, was greeted by Eddie Chavez who seemed bothered with my wife’s presence and kept insisting for her to buy the most expensive package. Shawn lebs the service director took down our info with an aggressive attitude. Seemed as if we were bothering him. Seems as customer service doesn’t exist in this place of business.
