Would not recommend When I got my 2015 forte, it was all i could've asked for. It had great handling, a great radio, and peppy acceleration! It kept up the great work until about 10K miles when the steering started making an abnormal popping sound when turning, after 3 visits concerning the issue the finally faulty steering parts, had to replace entire steering column. 20k miles comes along(1 week after service appointment), going down highway 90 car completely loses power, engine drops to an idle with pedal floored, starts popping, and gets very hot, had to be towed in told my car was low on coolant (only a week after a service appointment) and that's what the problem was. now today with 21k miles, my car is refusing to start, no starter, just nothing. My last experience with Pensacola KIA was also my last, as I can not trust them in properly diagnosing and fixing my car, and they do nothing to fix the situation. I should've went with a different brand. More

I have used severeal different dealers here in Pensacola and Kevin in the service department was the most upfront and helpful advisor I have ever had I have used severeal different dealers here in Pensacola and Kevin in the service department was the most upfront and helpful advisor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He never once try to sell me on anything, he gave me my options and allowed me a couple days to make my decision and even though it was to wait (they were 1000 cheaper than my own mechanic btw) he had no problem with that. It was refreshing in this upsell-society. I will definitely be back to this service department. More

First thing Tuesday morning I got a call fro Jeffriey to tell me that the fuel pump broke and a new one was ordered from Georgia. Jeffrey arranged for me to pick up a rental car from Enterprise and assured me that everything was fully covered by my Kia Warranty. I knew the sales and service at Kia Autosport of Pensacola was good, now I know that I am protected in case of a serious problem like this. I am very happy with Kia Autosport and Jeffrey. More

I think almost everyone knows me by name or it appears that way. My salesperson David Clarida (over two years ago) saw me come in, immediately came to me, called me by name, and said how pleased he was to see me again. I am convinced he did not know I was coming but he knew me by name anyway. I had to look up his last name just now - but I am a lot older than he! I told my wife when I got home that I had never known a car dealership to be so well managed and well run. Thank you Kia! And special thanks KIA Autosport in Pensacola. They are the greatest! Let me also add that I bought the car after getting quotes for the exact same car from two other Kia dealers (in Alabama) and I saved over $ 3,000 in Pensacola! David was my salesperson. Don't buy into the tires for life they wait till 70,000 miles before they replace them. So you have to drive with slick tires for months. We even had one bust because it had wore down so bad. veh taken in for oil change. service written for, and I paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service co paid for, tire rotation. Prior to this, right rear tire had unique mark on tire at valve stem due to tire repair at same dealership. After service completed, mark was in same place, right rear. The charged for, but did not complete rotation. Returned vehicle and reluctantly was refunded. Don't know abour you, but they lost my trust and business. More
I'm from out of state. Came here for an oil change on a weekday. Car was checked in and taken quickly...and...returned just as quick. Which was great for me as I needed to get back on the road. He was friendly and easy to work with. Helped me get a couple issues I had---fixed. If I lived in Pensacola, this dealer would easily be my choice for service. More
