Absolutely the worst service with the service department. Apparently, since it is a warranty issue, there is no sense of urgency. I am not important enough to help. I get no calls regarding my vehicle, I have to call. I got a rental on my own, even though I heard them offering loaner vehicles to many other individuals. I called and asked, when it might be ready and was told, maybe at the end of next week, they have had it since 3/8. I asked is there anything you can do, this is a lot of money out of my pocket for a rental, I was very upset. I was told no, we can’t help. I can’t afford to continue paying for a rental, but I have to work. I am at a loss, I have never had this bad of customer service. I bought my car brand new from them, I will not be doing that again. I will let everyone know how badly I have been treated. I thought this place strives for exceptional customer service, but I guess that is only if you are putting money in their pockets. More

Chris at the front desk was rude, told me, “you’re just going to have to wait” while he was typing away on the computer. He ignored me for about five minutes, but looked up at several people walking by and spoke to them. I was the only one standing at the desk and he continued to ignore me. Then, he told me I didn’t have an appointment after I stood up there for ten minutes. When I started to complain, he walked off and continued to refuse to acknowledge me. I really hate that I am stuck coming here. I won’t make the same mistake again. Terrible service! More

I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with how they treated a customer! Not to mention KELLY PORTO the one in charge of my fiancé’s car was beyond rude! Beware of this dealership!!! Never thought I would be Disappointed in Kia Pensacola I have bought 4 cars from Kia (3 brand new and one used, not even used and not a Kia) and I had not had an issue with any of them until recently. The I have bought 4 cars from Kia (3 brand new and one used, not even used and not a Kia) and I had not had an issue with any of them until recently. The fourth car I bought was a brand new 2015 KIA Forte. I loved this car from first site. It had 5 miles on it when I got into it. Everything was great with it until 2016. I took it in for it's normal oil change and told them about some knocking sounds. It turns out, the head had to be replaced. I was very surprised, but knew the warranty would take care of it, so no big deal. Once is was out of the shop it started shutting off on me while driving. I took it back to them and they couldn't duplicate it, so I kept driving it. FINALLY it started making a noise, turns out there was something wrong with the alternator. I had also informed them about a shifting issue, but again, could not duplicate the problem. Now here we are in August 2017 and 40,000 miles and a noise when it shifts is happening. Well apparently, they CAN duplicate that and have kept the car for repair and put me in a rental,which is great, but when I try to talk to someone about my concerns with the fact that I have a dud of a car, they attempt to sell me another one? Really? Not only that, but they want to put me in a car that I don't even like and raise my monthly payments by $50?? You sold me a DUD! What happens later when the warranty is out and there continues to be issues with this car? What happens when I try to sell it and the value is lower than normal because of the issues it had? I am so disappointed in the way they handled this situation today that right now, I wouldn't even suggest anyone go there. I know there is a bad seed every once in awhile, you would think they would do something to make it right, other than continue to fix during warranty, then let me hope and pray I can get rid of it as soon as possible after 100,000 miles. This would have been the last car for me. Not anymore, I have to start planning on what to do in 60,000 more miles. More

If anything else is discovered he will call and explain what needs to be done, whether it is a pressing issue or something that can wait a little while, and how much it will cost. If something cannot be fixed that day he works with me to schedule a time for me to bring it by. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service department at this location. More
