I called and spoke to you as well as the service manager. Then, nothing was done. Haven’t heard back. Apparently making things right was not an option. It’s very sad considering I am in hospitality management, so customer service is my number one, too bad it is not the same with Kia. Very disappointing.

Since this last post, Nibia at Kia contacted me very quickly and promised to make it right. Shortly after that, I was notified that KIA Corporation had agreed to give me a new engine. SInce I have had my car back, it has been running great! I am so glad Nobia was able to convinced people to help me out with these issues. Thanks Nobia! I truly appreciate you!
