The worst service after sale. The service is not operated by Kia. They don’t give a crap. I will never Purchase another vehicle there. And advise you to do the same. Let me tell you a story about Walter. As a Service Manager, he's woefully inadequate. I had tried to explain the warranty package I purchased and how in plain language it met my needs, on As a Service Manager, he's woefully inadequate. I had tried to explain the warranty package I purchased and how in plain language it met my needs, only for him to give ME the number for Kia's Warranty Dept, essentially doing his job for him. The Warranty Dept thought it was silly that this was even a conversation, as it was very clear my issue was covered. Now, as I endeavor to pass that info back to Walter, he's ducking my calls. Awesome, Walt. Thanks for your service. Oh! I forgot to mention the other part he's fixing for me, that I JUST changed. He claims because it's not OEM that it won't work...I'm not an electrical engineer, but I understand how a two-signal sensor works. He's charging me another $100 to replace a good part that will require me to come right back next week. Walt, you're a treasure... More

If I could leave negative stars, I would. There aren't enough bad things to say about this KIA dealership, the quality of the car or the service provided. I took my car into to be serviced fo There aren't enough bad things to say about this KIA dealership, the quality of the car or the service provided. I took my car into to be serviced for a trip on 9/21 @ 8ish in the morning. My car was returned at closing. The service tech lied to my face that it was being serviced and it was taking longer because of recalls. Recalls...don't get me started about the number of recalls on the KIA. Anyway, I continued to see my vehicle sit in the lot while my service tech told me it was "being looked at", I finally pointed to my vehicle in the lot and said, "that one is being serviced" he said, "Oh, we have a few black Tellurides", I said, "I know my car". It promptly disappeared, hmmm. Anyway, after them having my car for 10 hours, all that was completed was an oil change, which it didn't need. It needed tire rotation, more recall maintenance and overall trip maintenance. These characters are all liars. From start to finish. NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership. You will regret it! More

I went to the service center for a oil senser leak. . I already had the main oil barring go out of my used 2017 KIA. My extended warranty co Rt 66 said the oil sending unit had an extended warranty put . I already had the main oil barring go out of my used 2017 KIA. My extended warranty co Rt 66 said the oil sending unit had an extended warranty put on it new for 150,000..miles..So I go to KIA services dept.. They changed the oil and tell me they are doing a oil sending unit test.. Bring the car back in 1000 miles.. Do not check the oil..(Mind you it has a bad leak). So about 200 miles my lifters are pecking and not much power.. I go straight to KIA.. I tell them.. They have to check it..I don't want to ruin my motor.. She goes out and tells me they did not put a seal on the oil cap ,so they weren't doing a test.. I hand her my bill..I had saved and I have the sticker in the window too. To bring it back in 1000 miles.. She said yeah its low on oil..about 1 1/2 QTS...Try 3 1/2 QTS low. My car was super hot.. So If I, being a woman did not know to pay attention to my car.. I would have burnt my motor up.. She said it not under warranty.. So now I'm waiting for Rt 66 insurance to let me know what to do next.. This KIA service dept did not seemed interested in the fact I was told to bring it back and they were doing a test..SYNTH was the name on my window sticker..My question how did this order to return and not check my oil get screwed up so bad.. The service dept acted like I was nuts.. But I have paperwork telling me come back in a 1000 miles.. Totally Mad More
