Sent wife in to get an oil change at 32k. She was told she needed to do a fuel injector cleaning in order to maintain the "Tires for Life" warranty. She advised the service advisor Randy that She was told she needed to do a fuel injector cleaning in order to maintain the "Tires for Life" warranty. She advised the service advisor Randy that the contract said you had to do only scheduled maintenance. She then showed him page 8-10 of the owners manual which NEVER lists fuel injector cleaning at any mileage. This is just an upsell. He then proceeded to write on the repair order the tires for life was no longer valid. They have also been telling her she had to rotate tires every oil change to maintain the Tires for Life. The only thing it says you have to do is have the alignment checked every 15k miles. This place will rip you off and when they are confronted become very rude. This is our second Kia, and while we like the car this service experience makes us want to get rid of it!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
I've been trying for several months to get a service appointment since I was told I had to use them to keep my warranty. I have tried over 100 times (no exaggeration) to get someone to call me back. I am now resorting to finding Kia service centers in other cities to see if I'm important enough to them to have me a customer. More
As always, Cody did a fantastic job on managing my last two service visits. He communicated the needs/options for service and the completion of work. I am extremely pleased with Kia autosport in Pensacola. They are very good with making an appointment, keeping me informed about what is going on with the service. Cody did an excellent job in answering my questions regarding Kia recall events impacting my vehicle. He went above and beyond the level of service that I have previously experienced with other Servic regarding Kia recall events impacting my vehicle. He went above and beyond the level of service that I have previously experienced with other Service Advisors at this dealership. He appears to be relatively new to the dealership so I hope he doesn't get jaded and indifferent like the rest of the service staff. More
