Best Purchase Experience to Date I hate car shopping. I'd rather drink from a gas pump. I was weary from a 2 week search and I had a really bad experience on Saturday. Rather than waiting until next weekend and prolonging the agony, I looked for dealerships open on Sundays and found the Kia dealership was open. Donald Watts, my salesperson, greeted me immediately, found the vehicles I was interested in quickly and when I asked about additional inventory, suggested a vehicle that I immediately fell for. He explained the Kia warranty, which was a big selling feature for me. The price negotiations were straight forward as was the paperwork. I drove off the lot within 2 hours of arriving. The staff was friendly, I never heard any of the lame car salesman lines, and the dealership office was clean and comfortable. I would shop here again--although hopefully not for several years. More

Satisfied new owner of a 2017 Kia Soul Ask for Neil Patel. I read many reviews about the dealership prior to visiting. The majority of them highly recommended Neil. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a new employee/salesman. I don't remember his name but after his greeting he began to argue with me about a vehicle I was on my way to look at. He insisted the vehicle I was going to look at was not what I thought it was. Finally, we walked closer and realized he was mistaken. That was the first red flag. Long story short, he really needed more training. He gave incorrect vehicle info and couldn't answer many questions. THANKFULLY Neil came along and assisted with the rest of the visit. I left the dealership without a car that day and really wanted to get away from the inexperienced salesman... I returned a couple of weeks later and requested to be assisted by Neil. I purchased my first brand new car that day and really felt great leaving in it. Neil is straight forward and extremely knowledgeable. He has been vital in helping me through the entire process. He really goes above and beyond what you would expect from a car salesman. If you visit this dealership, trust the reviews and ask for NEIL PATEL. Overall, my experience was great. Bob Zimmerman assisted me with and explained the warrenties and purchasing process. He was fantastic too. Thank you Neil and Bob! More

Love my KIA Our adventure with KIA started in 2013 when we bought a Soul, it served us well. Our salesman Neil was amazing, found us a vehicle within our budget, answered all our questions, is very knowledgeable about KIA and made the buying process very painless. Just this past month we were in need of another vehicle, considering our options and the awesome experience of buying our Optima from Neil at KIA we returned and asked if he could help us again. He again found us another KIA within our budget, got us financed and now we own a Sportage. I have dealt with a lot of car salesman in my life, by far and above Neil is the top of my list, I will reccomend him to anyone needing a vehicle. More

High quality cars with superb technical employees. Bought a 2017 Kia Optima, took a test drive around the block and on the freeway, very nice and quiet inside with lots of features to choose from.
