Busy Service Dept, (the only one in our area that actually had qualified techs) but they were efficient, honest and upfront about expectations for work and time frame. Able to verify my issue was covered under Kia warranty and put me in a rental car -Hertz at the Columbus airport was also fabulous- and replaced my engine 3 weeks ahead of schedule. James “too tall” Orr is a true asset to their service department. More
