When I went to the dealership I was only going to look around and then leave. I had it in my mind to look other places such as in LaGrange, but listening to the salesman, Jason I was feeling very conforta around and then leave. I took my Rio in for service. When I went to pick it up, the radio was gone and the dash was torn out. It was obvious that it had been left out there with the doors unlocked. They want my insurance company to pay wich means I'm out $500 for the deductible. They never even said sorry. More

I brought my Kia Sorento for a battery checkup because I was having problems starting it and had to be jumped by my neighbor. Arrived 3rd at the dealership and everyone else that came after me got serviced was having problems starting it and had to be jumped by my neighbor. Arrived 3rd at the dealership and everyone else that came after me got serviced and it was past noon and I was still there. I was at the dealership door waiting to open at 8:00 and still made 3rd. Needless to say, when I addressed the issue to the service rep he said he was behind and short handed and asked if I wanted my vehicled pulled out of the shop...after 5 hours of waiting there?? U must be crazy. I demanded to speak to the dealer manager and explained the situation. He said the same exact thing. I said to him, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. He then had someone check the battery. yes, the battery only takes less than an hour to check for a charge, yet 5 hours had passed and they had not even looked at my vehicle. Anyways, they decided that my 5 hours wasted was only worth 1 mere oil change for free. They ended up selling me a no-name battery for $115 when I could have gone to Sears and gotten a Die hard battery for less than $69. Well, I was already there and aggravated so I got my battery, my oil change and left. I told the manager that I would rather drive 90 miles to Atlanta to have my car serviced than come back to his shop. He did not seem to care. I filed a complaint with the BBB to no result. Just so that I did not have to deal with Kia Autosports of Columbus, GA, I traded in my Kia for a Mazda and never had any problems ever since. I was a very loyal Kia customer, and I loved my Sorento but these people in Columbus don't care about anything but selling you a car. After that if there is anything wrong good luck to you. I have not looked back ever since. I hope you think about it before you make your purchase and go to LaGrange Toyota for your next vehicle. They treated me like royalty there. More

Could not remember all of the employees names that helped out but all of them worked as hard as they could to put me into a new vehicle. I have a 2007 Kia Sedon and the vehicle is nice but the service where I purchased the vehicle was very unprofessional (Route 1, South Brunswick). I went to purchase a used car with 2,000 down, when I asked for the car history of the vehicle, the sales reps gave me a break down of the used vehicle and stated that there was no problems with the vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and everything was fine. When I drove off the lot and back home which was no more than 10 min away the break light came on. I called the deal back and told them what happened and they told me to bring the vehicle back. The used vehicle also that I noticed didnt have a CD player in the vehicle, so I brung that to their attention. The vehicle was in the shop for about 2 weeks before I go it back. I was without a vehicle. When I got the vehicle back the brake light was fine again until once again I got home and it came back on. Now, when I went back to speak to the sale rep the gave me the vehicle he was no longer with the company. There was another sales rep there that knew me and she came to me and apologize for the sales rep not telling me that I could of gotten any vehicle on the lot with me good credit and she tried to help me by given me this Sedona. Now when I took the Sedona it really didnt help me at all. My credit score when I purchased the other vehicle was at a 7.5 and now my credit score dropped to a 5.2 when they not I had to trade the old vehicle for the new one. My payments are extremely high (600.00) per month and the value on the vehicle now is about 15,000 and I'm paying 28,000. They are the worst car dealers I every came in counter with and I would not recommend anyone to them. Now I have to pay for something that was their error. I would like the vehicle if it was something that I wanted and not forced to take! More

My current loan is through Triad Financial and I still owe $9775.00. I went to see if I could sell the car and was not able to because CARFAX came back noted my 2002 Kia Sedona EX was never retitled and never told it was a buyback. I would think any company, like this one, would report it and cleared and fixed. I currently do not have any problems with the vehicle but I can not find anyone who will purchase the lemon or offer me a warranty. I left a message on 9/7 with the auto dealership to contact me as well as visiting their website to ask for a quick response. Any help from you would be appreciated. I just can't believe this is happening to me with all the other medical issues my family is going through. More

I bought a used vehicle from Kia Auto Sport in Columbus, Georgia. After 2 week, the alternator went out and I contacted the dealership concerning the 30 day lemon law and they needed to replace it and they Georgia.
