After spending almost $2,000 at Keystone for a problem they were not able to fix we took it to an independent mechanic who fixed it for $100. If I could sue them for the cost of the ineffectual "repairs" I would. More

Keystone excels with its customer service. We've had two Volvo's now and the service quality was a big determinant in our decision to buy the second one. My husband and I were not seriously looking to purchase a vehicle..or not just yet anyway. We were in 'discovery' phase when we were driving by the Doylestown Keystone Volvo and made a last minute decision vehicle..or not just yet anyway. We were in 'discovery' phase when we were driving by the Doylestown Keystone Volvo and made a last minute decision to stop in and test drive a Volvo, a make which we had never previously owned. Long story short, outside of the safety and overall features of both the S60 and the XC60 the team at Keystone Volvo were great. We initially met Craig the Sales Manager who introduced us to Jim LaMariana our Sales Consultant. We test drove both vehicles - with Jim expertly demonstrating the benefits and fun of driving the S60. By the time we left the dealership, I was sold on wanting a Volvo and wanting to work with this team. The whole process was fun, easy and hassle free. Jim didn't push, just gave us the information we needed over a few visits and allowed us the room and time to make our decision. Always cautious, we compared vehicles and prices...and we couldn't do any better than what Jim was offering - making the decision even easier. I'm very pleased with our XC60 and the experience of working with Jim and the Keystone team. I will most definitely consider Doylestown Keystone Volvo again when we're in the market for our next car! Rich was determined to find us exactly the car we wanted, at the price we wanted to pay. He always returned our phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner and was extremely friendly to deal with. Otherwise I have had excellent service from Volvo, most especially in the past from Mike Cluckey. My reason for my Overall Experience Rating of Good, rather than Excellent is, as I have mentioned in the past, your closing of your Route 309 location has inconvenienced me, forcing me to travel further to your Doylestown location, which is quite congested. Accordingly, I do not have all service done by the Doylestown Volvo Dealership, having found a competent and experienced mechanic much closer to where I live. Arthur Birkenstock More
I purchased a V70 in 2007 from Keystone Motors Doylestown and have had it serviced exclusively there since. They are true to their "no pressure, no hype" motto. In the last four years, the service and body departments have taken excellent care of me and my car. Warranty issues were taken care of quickly and easily. Loaner cars mean I don't have to organize my life around their service schedule. Regular maintenance has been performed accurately and fairly priced. Their "Keystone Kash" customer loyalty program makes their service prices competitive with other dealers. When a deer destroyed the front end of my car, their body shop made it look like new again. Bottom line, I have found Keystone Motors Doylestown to be a great place to meet all my Volvo sales, service and body shop needs. If you're looking for any of these services, do yourself a favor and include them in your search. You'll most likely be very happy. More
This is my second car from Keystone Motors and first from the Doylestown store. In fact I had to bring the car back for a minor paint item, and there was no hesitation that they wanted to satisfy my needs, by quickly scheduling it in for service/ paint. My time is valuable and to be able to handle the drop off with quick email confirmation, knowing that there would be a loaner, allowed me to get back to work. In this day and age when everyone almost forgets about consumer loyalty, this dealer has not. It is comforting to know that service is their focus, that alone, would make me have no hesitation to refer a friend or colleague to Keystone Motors. More

I have two Volvo dealerships that are at least 30 minutes closer to my house, but at Keystone Doylestown, and have had great experiences both times. I have two Volvo dealerships that are at least 30 minutes closer to my house, but after browsing for the first car, and seeing how helpful and nice the sales, service, management and support staff were, it was a no brainer to buy from Keystone Doylestown.
