My first contact with Keystone Volvo was by email. I was impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I told him the car I was interested in and he gave me a price without asking me to co impressed with the quick response I received from Paul Heiser. I was very happy with the price I received from him so I made an appointment to visit his dealership. The exact car I was looking for was not on his lot but he was able to get the car for me from another dealership. There was no pressure to buy and I was not passed off to another salesperson to close the deal. The financial paperwork was also handled by Paul and was ready when I got there; all I had to do was sign and leave with my new car. I would definitely recommend Keystone Volvo to anyone interested in buying a car and who does not want to deal with high pressure sales. My next car will also be from Keystone Volvo and I look forward to receiving the same service. More

Ben and Tim in Service are extremely pleasant and accommodating. When I need service, they always work around my schedule, and it is always a "pleasure" to see them and chat with them. I have owned 4 Volvos over 30 years, and have serviced them at several dealerships. Keystone Volvo is by far the best dealership I have ever used. Their service team is reliable to do an excellent job, an them at several dealerships. Keystone Volvo is by far the best dealership I have ever used. Their service team is reliable to do an excellent job, and done both quickly and correctly. I have also used their auto body repair after two accidents over the years, and they worked weel with my insurance, and the quality of the repairs were excellent. Of the last two Volvos I bought, one car was from them directly, and one was through them with the Volvo Overseas Program. Both experiences were excellent. I will not buy or service my Volvos anywhere else. There really is "No Pressure & No Hype"! More
Upon entering the service area, I never have to provide my name since like "Cheers" they know my name. Service staff provide a time estimate, inquire as to where you will be,and discuss elemnts of servi my name since like "Cheers" they know my name. Should the situtation require, the staff brings you up to date on progress or any potential issue. I have found that they provide a degree of trust not previoulsy found w/a dealer. To put it another way, I don't feel that the dealership is trying 'to put one over on me' More
For background, we first started going to Keystone Volvo to have our 2006 S40 serviced when our dealer moved from Langhorne to Fort Washington, PA. WE heard from friends that Keystone Doylestown has an exce to have our 2006 S40 serviced when our dealer moved from Langhorne to Fort Washington, PA. WE heard from friends that Keystone Doylestown has an excellent reputation. My partner, Roy Ziegler, who had the car registered in his name, and I decided that when his lease was up, we would lease our new Volvo from Keystone. The location is ideal and the staff is exceptional - right from the initial person who handles the login for service and assigns a tag number. We mostly were with Mike Cluckey from Customer Service; he new the car and he has an impressive knowledge of what might be the problem and what it would take to have it corrected. In knowing that we would hope to be able to lease a new vehicle in 2011, we got to know, sales rep Robert G. Wobensmith who worked with us close to 2 years; he stayed with us through all our visits which actually were the times we would be in town to have our S40 serviced. We managed to stop by the show room when we were at the facility. All worked out to our benefit; we were able to lease a 2011 C30. We are very pleased with our choice. Charles F. Tarr More
