We bought our first Volvo in 1985 in CT, after owning Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. Audis for a number of years, we wanted a safe S-Wagon. We had the car for 2 months when my wife was rear ended as a fellow ran a stop sign into her. His brand new Oldsmobile was totalled as his engine was push into his front seat. No one was injured, my 2 year old daughter and wife were ok. The Volvo Wagon needed a new rear hatch door and a bumper,that's all. At the time of the accident, about 8 a.m.,the Volvo salesman and Manager that sold my wife the car, Meriden Volvo, were passing by and saw her car and stopped. They were delivering another vehicle. They took my wife to work, and my daughter to day care, drove the car to a repair shop and assisted the other driver with his vehicle, and called me. This was the feature story in VOLVO magazine in the Fall of 1985. How could we not buy more Volvos? In the summer of 1996 we were relocating from RI to this area, when the heatshield on our 1989 S.Wagon became lose and made an awful racket. We were headed to meet a realtor in the morning when we pulled into Keystone Volvo. The service folks pulled our car in, tightened the heat shield and we were off in about 10 minutes. Mr. McClukey and Ray Edinger wished us well, and told us to come back to visit Keystone after we settled in. I got off track for several years, but Ray gave me a good trade in on my Mercedes for a S-70. He sold my wife a V-70, She still has it. The rest is history, we've been crossing the River from New Jersey ever since. Both adult daughters learned to drive safely with Volvos. It was a great experience! No hard sales tactics, Jim was down to Earth and pleasant. I didn't feel like I was being sold to. I was being educated on Volvo cars and what I might like about them. I didn't have to wait around for help and got to test drive the car shortly after arrival. I had my two kids with me and Jim was great with them. I do feel like I got a great price on the new car as well as my trade-in. The showroom was nice and clean, I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Keystone Volvo and Jim La Mariana! More

Purchased a new car from Joe Craig, he was very easy to work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Rob was helpful and efficient in processi work with, and even came in on his day off to deliver our car and help us learn the controls and features. Rob was helpful and efficient in processing our paperwork. Joe always makes a point to come over and say hello anytime I'm in the dealership (for parts, service, dropping off a car, whatever) As far as service, we bring all our cars to Keystone for service. Mike, Pete, and Ben are always helpful and friendly, and give good advice on what needs to be (and what doesn't needs to be) fixed. I can always call with a question and find out whether a problem is something urgent or whether it can wait for a future service. More
I bought vehicles from other dealerships before . Though never have been satisfied with the service 100 percent of the time . Their would be no dealership or any business that would stay in business without a satisfied customer . No matter how much money you flaunt around with a fancy showroom or a customer lounge . It all comes down to the sales and service department . My experience with Keystone has been far beyond and also exceed any notion of what I thought of a car dealership before or ever since .I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase of my 2010 Volvo c30 and also the awesome freindly service department at Keystone Volvo of Doylestown PA. . I have been a Keystone Volvo customer for the past 8 years servicing my 1996 Volvo 850. During this period the service was truly outstanding. Ben Zitomer and Pete Kelly in the Customer Service Department were always helpful and accommodating down to the smallest detail. They truly walk the talk about offering an excellent service experience. Two weeks ago I bought a 2012 S60 Volvo out of the showroom. Joe Craig was the sales person who helped me with the purchase. He was courteous, informed and informative, and helped me arrive at the best decision for my new car. The Keystone organization is a class act operation and I would gladly recommend to my friends. If I had a "bulb failure" I have been taking my S60 AWD Volvo for 9 nine years to Keystone Volvo for service and have always been treated well. If I had a "bulb failure" problem they would take me in immedidately to fix it - no appointment! I recently purchased a XC60 AWD from Keystone and actually left with a smile on my face. The experience was pleasant and quick, I felt no pressure. Thank You Paul Heiser and especially Joe Craig for my Great car buying experience. More
I have been waiting for the perfect used car to come my way and my patience paid off and am now the proud owner of a 2nd Volvo bought from Keystone. I wouldn't have it any other way but to put my 16 year o way and my patience paid off and am now the proud owner of a 2nd Volvo bought from Keystone. I wouldn't have it any other way but to put my 16 year old in a safe dependable car. As scary as it will be to watch him pull out of the driveway, knowing he will be better protected gives me peace of mind. Joe is confident,reassuring and highly well, believable. I actually felt "safe" to make my decision without consulting family. The Keystone dealership, both sales and service, gets a large thumbs up from my family. Son #2 is not that far off from being a driver and Joe should expect to see me again soon. More
