My husband and I drove 2 1/5 hrs. to Keystone Motors finding them on the Volvo website, figuring we should be able to find a car with the amount of vehicles on their website. We wanted another Volvo aft finding them on the Volvo website, figuring we should be able to find a car with the amount of vehicles on their website. We wanted another Volvo after our 2004 Volvo with 208,000 miles was totaled after deer vs. car with no one hurt. They are easy to find in Doylestown which was the very first time we were ever in that town. Joe Craig was the first to meet us (I hate car salesmen) but he was fantastic he answered all our questions, didn't consonantly follow us around the lot and he left us alone to make a decision. We actually bought 2 cars, we were only going to look at a S60. We chose a left over 2013 S80 the price was very good!! And also a 2002 S60 with only 29,000 miles!!(for our daughter). They gave us a very good deal we couldn't pass up. Robert Stein did all our paper work for both cars which actually went very smooth. Once we decided on the S80 (it was in the showroom) Keystone got our car ready in less then 2 hours, even after halfway signing through the paper work we decided to get the ResistAll (Protection for paint and leather/vinyl) . They really went out of their way to get us out in a timely manner since we lived so far away! Since we went down in our rental car and bought a new Volvo we had no one to drive the 2002 home, Keystone is going to deliver the 2002 to our house!! WOW!! Keystone Volvo is definitely worth checking out! More

This is my third Volvo purchase over the past 22 years and Paul’s knowledge of my old car (2001 S60) allowed him to quickly supply clear, understandable comparisons to this new vehicle (2013 S60). I felt very comfortable operating all the new controls before I even left the lot. I would also like to compliment the efforts of Finance Manager Rob Stein and Office Manager Dianna Downey. The paperwork portion went very smooth and they also were quite helpful with investigating/advising me on a couple of additional PA DMV issues I needed to resolve. After first visiting a couple of other dealers in the area, it was clear that Keystone Motors Doylestown provided the best option for me, the right vehicle at a great price, accomplished in a friendly atmosphere focused on customer service. Keystone Volvo made a great impression on me during my recent Volvo purchase. When I compared this dealership to other premium dealerships in my area - - they were far and beyond the most trusted and cu recent Volvo purchase. When I compared this dealership to other premium dealerships in my area - - they were far and beyond the most trusted and customer focused. Being from the Lehigh Valley in PA I have purchased S-class, XJL class, A8L's and other premium products -- but never did I feel that I was being treated like a member of a family. With Keystone Volvo there were no offensive ego strokings or obligatory snottiness that comes with other luxury dealerships. (Come on its a car - - it is not what is going to catapult into exclusivity amongst your piers - - people really need to get serious about luxury cars and their silly trappings) I selected the Volvo for safety - - because let's face it when nameplates like Mercedes, Audi and BMW all did poorly in recent IIHS testing it because abundantly clear to me that brand opulence has nothing to do with safety - - and frankly I don't want to pay premiums for a vehicle that they can invest in sport sponsorship - - what I pay for is safety and practicality. . . so enough about Volvo - - now onto Keystone and why I like them - - - I called them on the phone because they had a new vehicle on my the lot that interested me - - -immediately they responded to my phone inquiry while I was traveling from another dealership in Berks county - - - since I already exhausted my options in Lehigh Valley. Keystone's quick response and overall sincere friendliness resulted in me closing the deal in a very short period of time. It was such a great experience I vowed that I would continue to go to that dealership in the future for all my car needs. (Not that is a bad thing to visit the Doylestown area anytime for what it offers). There is a reason they are the oldest Volvo dealership in PA - - I quickly gained trust in them and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a Volvo in the greater Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia metro area.
