I stopped in to take a look at a used 2012 volvo. After a test drive, I was back two days later to purchase it. It just arrived to the lot when I stopped in, but the entire process was perfect. The car was fairly priced and they gave me a reasonable price for my trade it. They explained to me their justification for the price that was offered. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a volvo. Robert- he explained to me the entire payment process and the extras that i could buy if I wanted. No pressue, but he did a great job telling me what they included. A+ More

He came in early just to meet with us, let me monopolize his computer, was not at all pushy and allowed us to take our time with our buying decision. The only reason this rating is not an overall 5 is due to a glitch as we were finalizing financing through our bank. They felt we were overpaying for the car and Craig Hurley, the sales manager, worked with us a bit to modify the final sale price. I would recommend Keystone to my friends and family. Thank you! More

My salesman was Mr. Paul Heiser and he did an outstanding job throughout the entire buying experience. I did not intend on buying a new vehicle at this time having just serviced my 2010 XC90, but when I saw the 2013 CX90 R-Design, I decided it was time and with the help of Paul the entire transaction was smooth, fast and hassle free.. The Service advisors are always very friendly and very thorough in explaining options that are available to me. In this case I had a free Volvo service available, but chose to delay it until the mileage thorough in explaining options that are available to me. Joe was great. He kept in touch via email during a rather lengthy decision process—not his fault—and was always available without being too aggressive. He's a good guy. As for Mike, Pete, and Ben (can't forget Stacy) in service, they are all superbly customer friendly. I always feel I'll be treated fairly there. BTW, those guys deserve better working conditions during winter—it gets too cold in their space. How about a vestibule? More
