They Misdiagnosed a Trunk Latch Problem Service advisor was very pleasant and easy to work with, service another story. I brought in my Accord due to a trunk latching problem that occurred t Service advisor was very pleasant and easy to work with, service another story. I brought in my Accord due to a trunk latching problem that occurred the night before. They inspected the car and determined that the latch cable from the drivers seat was keeping the latch from latching. They said it will cost $550.00 to replace the cable due to the amount of labor involved in routing the cable thru the cabin. They charged me $80.00 to diagnose the problem. The repair would also replace the latch. I declined the service paid the $80,00 at least knowing what the problem was...I took it to my mechanic that afternoon. He looked at it and in 10 seconds said the cable had nothing to do with the problem. He said the latch was slightly bent so he corrected it in about 10 minutes. It is fixed and works fine. He didn't charge me anything. Beware of these guys.....never again......Update: I requested a refund, they said they would send me a check...its been 10 days still waiting... More
Shoddy workmanship, deceitful and confrontational. My first and last time at Woodland Hills Honda. On Saturday, June 7, I spent $50.05 to install the right spring in the trunk of my 2005 Honda Accor My first and last time at Woodland Hills Honda. On Saturday, June 7, I spent $50.05 to install the right spring in the trunk of my 2005 Honda Accord. When I eventually lifted the trunk lid it crashed back instead of stopping at a certain point. The following week, I called the Service Department and the guy argued with me. I simply hung up on him. I then found an independent Honda mechanic in Sierra Madre and made the 60-mile drive to his small garage (he has 5-stars by all of his customers). Chris investigated and told me that the mechanic had broken the cushion of the spring. Chris said he would not charge me for installation and the part would be about $5.00. WH Honda knew they had broken the cushion but were deceitful and did not tell me, just letting me drive away with shoddy workmanship while pocketing $50.05 and then denying liability. Females. Be aware! More

I went to Woodland Hills Honda with my clients vehicle with very little information and no paperwork. Carlos was the first to greet me and asked minimal but the right questions to quickly guide me out of my confusion and into the right service party. He gave me his card and then later followed up with me. He is ranked as the assistant service manager, absolutely NOT to my surprise, and will run a tight ship as service director in the future. I hope you don’t come across my hilarious experience as a loyal customer from Keyes Woodland Hills Honda Service Department as they intentionally cut the both "right front door wiring harness" and "left fron loyal customer from Keyes Woodland Hills Honda Service Department as they intentionally cut the both "right front door wiring harness" and "left front door wiring harness" of my Honda 2003 Accord to thrive more profit out of my Insurance company. I only dropped off my car to appraise the damages engaging with insurance company. The both door wiring harnesses were totally fine with the connectors attached at the time I dropped off my car. My insurance estimate unreasonably and illegitimately got too high as their service department tried to manipulate the situation. And I foolishly trusted Keyes Woodland Hills Honda dealer to leave my car on their hands. More
