Was asked to respond via email and did, but never got a response. Took my car to frontier Toyota in Valencia and they did a full inspection and found nothing wrong with my car, besides the shock issue in my leaf rear tire, which they fixed for free, since my extended warranty is good until 2024 or 100,000 miles. There was nothing wrong with my air filters or any AC issues. Absolute thieves!

Thank you so much for responding to my review about the dealership that you personally supervise but at the same time your comment about price concerns, you are so full of crap. You were right there when the price was offered over sticker and you personally yourself said that's what the market is going for so don't try to get on dealer rater and clean up your dirt. You are part of the reason of the over sticker crap. You once informed me that you were in the military and you're a man of honor. To not except responsibility for your actions clearly let me know military or not, honor it's not something that you're not part of but more of dishonor and dishonesty and now that I know what kind of person you are I have no intentions of ever stepping in that dealership again doing any kind of business whatsoever. Thank you for letting me know that you're not a man of honor to admit your actions And try not to discuss with people about you being in the military and being a man of honor because you're making a lot of good soldiers look really bad because of your dishonesty and lack of honor.
