Had an emergency due to a dead battery. Once it was jump started I drove immediately to Keyes. Sam Nejad helped immediately.. I had to have a new battery and they put it in quickly even though I didn't have started I drove immediately to Keyes. Sam Nejad helped immediately.. Went in on the 23rd after 6:PM while it was raining. The salesman immediately greeted us at the door. was very responsive and quick. Found the car I wanted, I had called three other dealers near me but the salesman immediately greeted us at the door. was very responsive and quick. Only thing that made my visit good was my service provider, because no one else wanted to work and help me but he came out with a positive attitude and great conversation. Went in to have my radio fixed. I sat all day and they charged me $550 just to look at the radio. At the end of the whole day of waiting they told me they needed to order the part and I would have to brin charged me $550 just to look at the radio. At the end of the whole day of waiting they told me they needed to order the part and I would have to bring the vehicle back another day and it would cost me another $1500 to repair. THIS IS THE REASON I DON'T BUY TOYOTA ANYMORE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had owned a toyota prius for over 20 years but last year made the choice to buy a new Kia and never buy another Toyota again because Keyes Toyota has been so lousy with how they ttake care of me and my family. More
Met a new service rep today, Alex he was beyond fabulous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Obviously cares about the customer and his work. Appreciated his honesty about the cars needs. it took me four hours to wait for my vehicle's 30 K-mile service, tire replacement and alignment - this is probably too long for these services.
