I’m taking my ioniq5 always to Keyes Hyundai in Mission Hills and I can tell you that the service department is absolutely 5stars. My service advisor is Cris Torres and he’s been absolutely amazing by expl Hills and I can tell you that the service department is absolutely 5stars. My service advisor is Cris Torres and he’s been absolutely amazing by explaining the issues and the helping me with the Uber services to take me to my work and returning when my car is ready. I did take my car to Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys but after waiting 20 minutes before an advisor come out and checking out why I’m there, they said that I needed an appointment and then 2nd time I made reservation and again waited 28 minutes before anyone come out of their office and than the advisor said that their master technician or electronics technician won’t be able to check the car for 2 weeks. Every time I brought my car to Mission Hills Hyundai, they start working on it immediately. Thank you Mission Hills Hyundai for excellent customer service. Great sales department since new general manager (Evan Hoffman) took over and the sales manager ( Mehrad Shahirfar) and excellent service advisor Cris Torres. Thank you guys !!! More

There was confusion with the service dept. Came in for 1st service and oil change. I was initially told that I would be responsible for $41, but after the service, the other consultant that cl Came in for 1st service and oil change. I was initially told that I would be responsible for $41, but after the service, the other consultant that closed out the paperwork said I owed $140. I showed him the paper that I signed before the service, but he said that the computer is showing him a different amount. He just mentioned that since $41 was what I was told, he will just match it. I wasn’t very please with that because he made it sound like he’s doing me a favor. It’s also the first time I got service from a dealership that the car came back unwashed. More
