I was just having the first oil change on my new Tucson and I waited 3 hrs. This is my third Hyundai and so I have had quite a bit of experience in dealers service. My wait for an oil change has never been more than a hour. I am usually surprised that it was done so quickly. The rep I worked with was very nice and had told me that it would be 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs, so I expected it to be longer than usual, but not 3 hrs. In the future, I will have to decide if I want to spend my whole day at the dealers or was it worth the wait.... or try another dealership... More

I choose the earliest since I had a full day ahead of me and wanted to get the service done 1st I set my appointment night before and had 3 choices. I choose the earliest since I had a full day ahead of me and wanted to get the service done 1st thing. Overall everything was great. My only suggestion would be to give a time frame for specific services. For instance, based on past experiences, how long should my 1st service have taken? Basic oil change, rotate tires and basic check up. I'd think most people would expect 30-60 minutes not 2 hours. If people know how long a service is going to take, it'll be easier to plan for. More
