Very pleasant experience. I had an oil change and new tires installed. My contact point was a fellow named Angel and he really lived up to his name. I had a multipoint inspection that found 48 things right and 9 things wrong. A wonderfully simple computer program described the problems with simple descriptions and supporting pictures. It was very helpful and educational and I was not pressured into getting it serviced immediately. I felt a lot of freedom and choice through the whole experience. More
