We talked with the salesman who quoted us an estimated price for the car we wanted. I wouldn't hold him to the dollar amount, but when the salesman located the car the price had jumped $100. We told them we weren't interested and purchased the same car at Parkway Hyundai in Valencia for the lower price (again, give or take about $10). Classic bait & switch. More

Do yourself a favor and go someplace else I purchased my Veloster Turbo here, and am generally pleased with the car, but very disappointed with the attitudes of the sales staff. Twice during my purchase process I was handed off to a sales manager. Boy men were such incredible jerks that I walked out and left the dealership. I came back later because I'd developed a good working relationship with the salesman, and I was convinced the Hyundai would be best for my needs. The dealership dishonestly prices its vehicles. The locking lug nuts that the website lists at around $55 and the dealership sells in their parts dept. for $65 were listed on a window sticker for $650! Every car received at this dealership is automatically registered with an anti-theft parts registry ($600) and applied with protective film ($600). These things can't be undone so it's IMPOSSIBLE to get a car here for MSRP. (Mine was acquired from another dealership so it didn't have those things or I'd have gone elsewhere.) After I purchased my car I was told of the Hyundai survey I'd be receiving an invitation to. I was told that if I gave "all tens and yeses" I'd be given $50 of freebies. I interpreted this as an attempt at bribery to undermine the honesty and accuracy of the survey. I answered the survey accurately, but graciously, giving the best marks I could And specifically citing the outstanding service I received from the salesman (but not his superiors). A week later, I received a nasty e-mail from that salesman saying he'd gotten about a 92% rating from my survey and so the dealership was withholding half his pay cheque and it was my fault. This was very unprofessional, in my opinion and has caused me to reconsider the previously high opinion I had of him. I hope that is useful to you. Hyundai is a good car, but go to another dealership. More

Mr. Bimori, was very patient and not pushy as other sales reps from other car dealerships I have visited in the past. Mr. Briseno, relations manager was also very nice and understood exactly what I needed to pay. He went out of his way to give me the best price possible. Both gentlemen had great sense of humor even though it was closing time. Neither one rushed me out or tried to take advantage in selling me the car more than its worth since I'am a woman. Overall, I recommend this dealership 100%. More
