Customer service sucks!! I purchase a used Jetta in this dealership at first I thought it was a good one until I had a car accident due to their poor quality check on used car I purchase a used Jetta in this dealership at first I thought it was a good one until I had a car accident due to their poor quality check on used cars. My accident could've been prevent it , because I brought my car several times and every time my car was kept for over 3 hrs. The excuse was because they were making sure my car was in good condition. HUGE LIE!!! After my accident I went over to talk to the manager because I wanted another car since this was their fault for not inspecting their use car properly. I could've been killed for this maintainer problem but not even I told the manager what had happened and brought proof he just simply refused to help me. Don't be fooled by these people because they will do anything to sell you a car but when you come for help they just won't help you. I learn my lesson and I got sticker with this car. Pls make sure you check dealership where they will help you and be responsible if something is wrong with the car. Good luck Lupe Garcia More
HORRIBLE. WE WERE LIKE CHUM IN THE WATER FOR THESE SHARKS. When we first arrived, Santiago approached us and was very pleasant and kind, spoke Spanish to my in-laws who were with my husband and I. This would be our first car buying experience, and little did they know we walked in with a pre-approved auto loan for $30k. After looking at a few vehicles, we were not pleased with the condition of the used cars- bumpers were scratched, dented doors, and stains on the interiors. They are used so I could understand these factors, but the cars were way overpriced for these dings and dents. After less than 10 minutes on the lot, Reza came out and introduced himself as a "floor manager" and asked if we needed help. We told him Santiago was helping us but that apparently wasn't good enough and he started taking us away from Santiago, without asking what we were looking for he showed us the NEW cars which we were not interested in AT ALL. Obviously asking us what we were looking for wasn't important to him or his sale. "I can take $3k-5k off the price... you can afford that!" How do you know what we can afford, Reza, without asking us what our needs are? He then went in on the attack to my in-laws, who were not there to shop, but he insisted they test drive vehicles and when they said they weren't interested he continued. THEN Shain came out, another "floor manager"- ALL WITHIN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES. He told us "$6k off a car, you choose which one and you can drive off in just a few minutes with a new car." Again, we told him we are not interested in a new car, but that was not good enough for him or Reza. My husband told him "We were going to lunch to discuss it, my pregnant wife and diabetic mother need to eat and we'll talk about it then." Shain's response was, and I am not lying, "Oh, they don't need to eat, they need to go on a test drive." EXCUSE ME?! That was the nail in the coffin. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY SALESMEN TRY TO GET A SALE THIS WAY. My husband was furious at this point and we tried to leave. They BOTH asked "What can we do to get your business? I'll order lunch for them, don't leave without a new car! We can knock off $7k- take a test drive!" Reza asked for my husband's phone number and we gave it to him because we thought that would get us out of there and on our way to another dealership. NOPE. He called my husband AS WE WERE PULLING OUT OF HIS DEALERSHIP- literally SECONDS after we left his sight! Who does that?! He continued to call for 4 hours after we left- GET THE POINT REZA, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED. We ended up buying from another dealership and had a great experience. No attacking us or our folks, they were kind and asked us what we needed and were genuinely into making us happy. THAT IS WHAT MAKES A SALESMAN. At this MH Hyundai we were treated the exact way someone would not want to be treated at a dealership. We have told EVERYONE about this experience and will continue to tell them how awful we were treated here. Im going on every review site I can, as well as the BBB to make sure people hear about this. We thought Keyes was a reputable business because of all the advertising via radio and TV, but had NO idea this is what buying a car was going to be like. If we had stuck with Santiago, we MAY have seriously considered this MH Hyundai, but Reza and Shain killed it. Bad move, guys. More

I run out of words to explain just how great the service department is. When you're here you don't fee like a customer you feel like a family member. Fraud on a Large scale They lie about everything they tell you.
