There was confusion with the service dept. Came in for 1st service and oil change. I was initially told that I would be responsible for $41, but after the service, the other consultant that cl Came in for 1st service and oil change. I was initially told that I would be responsible for $41, but after the service, the other consultant that closed out the paperwork said I owed $140. I showed him the paper that I signed before the service, but he said that the computer is showing him a different amount. He just mentioned that since $41 was what I was told, he will just match it. I wasn’t very please with that because he made it sound like he’s doing me a favor. It’s also the first time I got service from a dealership that the car came back unwashed. More

Worked with Chris, everything was very clear cut, to the point, efficient. Luckily my car was still under warranty, so they replaced everything I needed, no questions asked, easy, quick and everything seems point, efficient.
