Made an appointment and came in about 15 minutes early and was taken in right away. Was told given choices as to what service I wanted or was needed for the basic warranty. I’m taking my ioniq5 always to Keyes Hyundai in Mission Hills and I can tell you that the service department is absolutely 5stars. I did take my car to Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys but after waiting 20 minutes before an advisor come out and checking out why I’m there, they said that I needed an appointment and then 2nd time I made reservation and again waited 28 minutes before anyone come out of their office and than the advisor said that their master technician or electronics technician won’t be able to check the car for 2 weeks. Every time I brought my car to Mission Hills Hyundai, they start working on it immediately. Thank you Mission Hills Hyundai for excellent customer service.
