Sadly, I have now been waiting 3 weeks for Keyes Hyundai to reach out to me to "promptly" address my issue. Even though I responded privately with my contact information, I have not heard a word on their "commitment to make my experience perfect". Will Keyes Hyundai be true to their word, or was their response just lip service to make it seem like they were really addressing their customers concerns? Stay tuned as I will be leaving another review soon as to their true intentions. I am hoping for a positive outcome, but we shall all soon see.

When I mentioned that the Tucson Hybrid is our fifth Hyundai, I should have added that my Hyundai Sonata is 20 years old this week, and it still looks and runs like new. We should have taken a picture when I drove my Sonata to Keyes when my wife picked up her Tucson. Well, maybe next time!
