Extremely Disappointed with Customer I absolutely love my Hyundai Tucson, but I am beyond frustrated with the service at this dealership. As someone who works in customer service, I am shocked at the love my Hyundai Tucson, but I am beyond frustrated with the service at this dealership. As someone who works in customer service, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here. Every time I have an appointment—for example, 2 PM—no one is ever there on time to greet me or take my car. Today, I waited until 2:15 PM because the person assigned to me was still on their lunch break. If I know I have a customer scheduled, I make sure I’m available. That’s just basic customer service. On a previous visit, I was left standing by my car for 35 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Meanwhile, the employees sitting in the office behind the customer service desk actively avoided eye contact instead of offering assistance. I completely understand that service departments can be busy, but that wasn’t the case here. At my appointment time, there was only one other customer waiting, and there were at least four employees present. There is absolutely no reason why someone couldn’t have taken my keys and allowed me to get on with my day instead of leaving me standing around for an unacceptable amount of time. This is not the level of service I expect from a dealership representing a brand I love. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the customer experience. More
Purchased a Tucson hybrid. Sales agent (Austin) was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. The final out-the-door price was very good, several 1000 dollars below another Hyundai dealer. More
Service experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The Service tech Jonathan Hughes was very rude. I received all the photos and information about the car that I requested which rea me with the purchase and financing of my 2025 Tuscon Hybrid Blue. I received all the photos and information about the car that I requested which really helped me because I live in San Diego. On the day I picked up the car, I appreciated Shakespeare coming to the Amtrak station to pick me up. Keyes Hyundai had a better deal on the car I was looking for than any Hyundai dealer in San Diego County. More

We live 110 miles away in Bakersfield so I was in discussions with 13 different dealerships in Southern and Central CA. Keyes Hyundai had the best deal originally so all the others were trying to beat the deal. None of the others came close to the price and low mileage on anything similar. We are retired and had a 2018 Altima Special Edition that we bought new and was still in mint condition when we were rear ended on the freeway, totaling our vehicle. Our 2022 Sonata SEL has now replaced the Altima and we absolutely love it so far! Since we have never owned a Hyundai, we added Hyundai's bumper to bumper Certified Used warranty that now covers the vehicle for the remainder of the 10 year/100k miles. The best price and coverage on an extended warranty I've seen. We are beyond satisfied with this purchase! More

My care giver sat in the waiting room for hours without any information as to the situation. They were short handed, BUT did not inform waiting customers of changes, which should have been done. Service has gotten a lot worse in the last few years. More
