The majority of the service department personnel keep you waiting a long time before they engage you and it seems they are never happy to see you. Service tends to take a very long time to complete. They gave me other options if I didn't like the one I was looking at. After a lengthy test drive of learning how to drive a hybrid, I was brought to the finance process. I was worried about this at first, but when they sat me down, they made it as easy and quick as possible. Within a few hours time I walked away with a brand new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. More

READ YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE YOU SIGN!! Went in to trade in my old car which was a lease with 5 months remaining for payment, They told me they cant suck those 5 payments up so they will put Went in to trade in my old car which was a lease with 5 months remaining for payment, They told me they cant suck those 5 payments up so they will put the 5 remaining payments into my new lease payments. Turns out im paying more for no reason, I get an additional bill stating i still owe 5 months payment on my old car when they said the reason im paying more monthly with my new car is because they put the additional 5 payments into this. Theyre crooks!!! charged me for an extra key and never even got it. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! More

I've gotten sick from the car I leased here and am considering legal action at this point. I leased a 2013 Sonata 2 years ago and it's been a HORRIBLE experience. I've tried countless times to get numerous issues resolved through this dealership and their corporate website to no avail. Here are the top 4 issues that no new car owner should have to deal with. These are also 4 things that they were not able to fix or even assist with. 1. A horrible moldy, damp smell that blasts from the vents. It literally smells like a combination of pee and rotten food. It made me sick and caused respiratory issues. 2. The inability to connect to my phone via bluetooth. It repeatedly drops calls when it does work, which is a horrible situation to be in when you rely on your phone for work. 3. Stereo software that was incompatible with an iPhone that came out BEFORE the 2013 car. It actually causes the phone to restart and sometimes it won't even recognize it as a device when it's plugged in for media/music. Their software is so bad that it messes up apple's software...I have no issues with my phone when it's not in that car. 4. Horrible gas mileage. They promised 28 city/highway....I average 16.5. That's worse than my '99 Camry that I traded in. Hyundai was sued a year after I leased my car by the US government for fuel economy standards. nytimes.com/2014/11/04/u… I bought my car with the promise that my salesman would always be available via text or by phone. He quit three months later and the service manager I've been dealing with multiple times could not care less. No one even cares to listen to the issues and it's difficult to get their attention. When I took it to maintenance with these issues, they sprayed it with air freshener...the mold and smell came back within a few hours. They told me not to use the "max air" setting as that could be causing the smell. If I'm not allowed to use the setting, why does it exist? I stopped using it anyway, the smell remained and they offered no other advice or service. They also told me that my phone would never work with the car and that there would be no upgrade in the software (aka it will NEVER work), and they told me that the gas mileage checked out fine even though it's 12 mpg less than what they advertised. I would NEVER have bought this car had I known that any one of these issues would be a problem. I tried contacting Hyundai through their corporate website looking for help, but they gave me nothing. I reached out with a detailed review and all they did was tell me to take it back to the dealership. When I explained that I had tried that before, they offered to make the maintenance appointment for me and that was it. Nothing more. I understand that I may have received a lemon of a car, but their customer service has been embarrassingly awful. I'm (literally) sick of this car and would rather drive it off a cliff than pay the thousands that they want for an early termination. My car is only at 13k miles after 2 years and it's in great shape. Going with this dealership and Hyundai in general has been a huge disappointment and one of my biggest regrets. More

Can't say I'm a big fan of dealerships, and cannot say I was looking at a Hyundai, but at the end of my experience I will say I was satisfied. I do think we could've reached the price and term in half the time, but felt like there was a lot of "unnecessary bargaining," taking place. Am I happy? yes definitely :) More
