horrible experience... bait and switch tactics.. If giving a ZERO start was possible they would have gotten it. I went to return my lease to the dealership, they told me if I buy a car from them If giving a ZERO start was possible they would have gotten it. I went to return my lease to the dealership, they told me if I buy a car from them they will waive the disposition fee. I had checked with MBZ financial they had confirmed that if I buy a car they will waive the fee. When I went to the dealer this was something that was agreed to however never delivered. This was made known to the sales person and the finance department that the only reason purchasing a car from them was to waive that fee. After 2 weeks I received an invoice from MBZ financial and it was sent to the sales person at the dealership and I was told to ignore it... I received another and a call from MBZ financial and I was informed that the dealer had financed the car with Wells Fargo instead of MBZ financial and they can not waive it. I explained to them and they said they will contact the dealership. I contacted the sales person and he told me to contact the general manager at the dealer... After being ignored for 3 months, he decided to reply to one of my emails and said he told Illan (sales person) and Reza (finance) to handle this which they failed at doing so.. In fact Ilan told me to contact Darren (General Manager)!!! This dealership is an example of bait and switch dealer.. They will say anything to get you to sign the paper and never deliver. No only I will not purchase another car from this dealership, I will not purchase another MBZ. More
