Haik, who was our finance manager, was extremely personable and he truly understands key details of each model. He has the expertise to provide information on what optional coverage would be helpful. Haik previously suggested a plan which ended up paying for itself and more. Note that staff retention is great at this dealership with us being in contact with the same people and returning to happily see they’ve moved up the ranks as well-deserved. Couldn’t be happier with the consistently excellent service at Keyes Audi. They’re not the closest car dealership to us but definitely worth the drive.
