Attentive, thorough, cooperative - great service and great experience all around. This is my 3rd time buying/leasing from Keys Audi and I’ll now doubt be back again. great experience all around. This is my 3rd time buying/leasing from Keys Audi and I’ll now doubt be back again. More
Unprofessional, RUDE, slimey. Read everything they give you carefully, and don't just take their word for it when they say, "trust me." In hind site, I should have just left, and given my business to anot you carefully, and don't just take their word for it when they say, "trust me." In hind site, I should have just left, and given my business to another dealership, but I actually bought a car from these slimey people. From the minute I walked into the dealership, there was an absence of professionalism, and for a shortage of new cars right now, there was complete desperation on the part of my sales person. I am guessing he is new, because he claimed he begged the sales manager, Sam Salehi (who has a very bad attitude towards women) to give me a "good deal." It was a complete waste of time, and not what I have become acustomed to when purchasing luxury cars. There is no respect for the customer's time or knowledge regarding car purchases. The sales manager actually raised his voice at me, said terse words, and walked away - because I told him his numbers don't add up and they were trying to double charge me for things. I am confident he never would have said that to me if I were a man. My sales person got a little heated with me at one point, which I just had to shake my head over because he is younger. Even though I didn't appreciate his attitude, I felt bad for him and still wanted to help him sell a car. When I left all they said was, "you got a good deal." They are not even sophisticated enough to say, "thank you for your business." They acted like I should be the one thanking them. I cannot caution you enough to think before buying from this dealership. It was seriously the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I blame myself for sitting through the b.s. sales back and forth game, because usually I negotiate everything up front on the phone before I ever step foot in a dealership, only the sales guy I was working with refused to do that with me. I should have just walked away right then. Again, a complete and total waste of time. That said, I regret breaking my rule about the phone and actually going to the dealership. The car is not an exotic, and there are others just like the one I bought, so truly, hindsight is 20/20. There aren't enough showers I can take to wipe the slime off of me from this experience. More
