To provide some context, we’ve been managing with just one car for some time and were actively exploring options online when we were contacted by the team at Audi of Van Nuys. Given our history with Audi vehicles—renowned for their comfort, reliability, and timeless elegance—we decided to visit the dealership in person. Our experience began when my wife visited the showroom on a Saturday to follow up on an online inquiry. She was greeted by Imad, a sales representative who exemplified professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Imad’s approach was refreshingly non-aggressive, and he worked diligently to ensure we found the perfect vehicle for our needs. My wife FaceTimed me during her visit, and I was so impressed by her interaction with Imad that I immediately took a Lyft to join her at the dealership. We’ve been loyal customers of Audi of Van Nuys for years, not only because we love the brand but also because the dealership consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience. This visit was no different. Gilbert, the desk manager, played a key role in helping us secure the best possible rates and financing. His honesty, efficiency, and professionalism made the often lengthy car-buying process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated his efforts to ensure we walked away with a deal we felt confident about. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, we were assisted by Haik, who handled everything with precision and care. He ensured we had all the necessary coverages for peace of mind and made the process as efficient as possible. Overall, the entire team at Audi of Van Nuys exceeded our expectations yet again.
