Outstanding experience Key West was highly recommended by several friends of mine so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. I can not say enough outstanding things abou Key West was highly recommended by several friends of mine so my boyfriend and I decided to check it out. I can not say enough outstanding things about this dealership. Not only are the vehicles absolutely gorgeous the prices are VERY reasonable! More importantly, the service was top-notch. We dealt primarily with the sales representative, Moses, and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My boyfriend does not have the best credit but between Frank and Moses, they were able to get him into the car he wanted at a price we couldn’t resist. They offered many programs and went out of their way to make sure we were 200% satisfied. If I could give a million stars, I would. We had an amazing experience with a fantastic company. Highly recommended. More
Horrible Experience BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible place, horrible owner! This place sold my brother a vehicle with a bad transmission…and I’m pretty sure they knew about it. At BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible place, horrible owner! This place sold my brother a vehicle with a bad transmission…and I’m pretty sure they knew about it. At the time of purchase, we test drove it and inspected it as best we could. Then after a few weeks of purchasing the car, my brother could no longer drive it because the reverse completely went out. We took it to our mechanic and he said it had a bad transmission. He also said a brand new radiator was recently installed, and due to his complete inspection of the transmission, and with his experience, the new radiator could indicate someone was trying to hide transmissions issues (coolant can leak into the radiator when cars have bad transmissions). My brother, who saved for over two years; makes minimum wage, borrowed money from me to pay for a large portion of it -- didn’t have a vehicle for 2 weeks. When I called the owner, Dominick, he was argumentative and rude and kept telling me to call him back. After a few days, he agreed to pay for half the repairs for a rebuilt transmission; however, he wanted us to use HIS transmission guy. At this point, we felt cheated with the transaction. So no, we didn't want to use his guy. I told him nicely that we were going to use our own transmission guy -- someone we know and has a reputable business. By the way, we got a few quotes and OUR guy is more in line of the going rate – too low could mean another buyer beware situation. When I asked Dominick if he could at least pay a portion of our bill, maybe half of HIS mechanics quote, a portion… anything? He got upset and hung up on me. However, after a few texts and several phone calls later, he finally agreed to pay $500 as customer good-will. He told me the check would be mailed out, however, that was over a month ago and still no check? I’ve been in contact with him on a weekly basis, sometimes twice a week, but it’s always the same “the check will go out next Friday” or “in two days” or “going out tomorrow” or “I will send it next week because our account is too low right now”… but he didn’t have a problem cashing our money when we paid for this lemon! After ignoring my recent texts, and due to the number of times he’s lied about sending the check, I finally gave up. The reason why I’ve been working so hard to recoup some of my brother’s money is because I found this place for him and I feel bad. By the way, we were able to get the transmission fixed -- a few thousands of dollars later. However, a few days ago, the car broke down again for faulty battery wiring, which he had to get fixed. Also, I forgot to mention that it’s been leaking oil since week 3! This place buys broken vehicles and passes them off as good cars. Buyer Beware! If you want a good car and a good car buying experience DON’T BUY FROM HERE!! More
