I actually went to Key Scales Ford to get an oil change, etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test etc. for my 2011 Ford Escape. While waiting, I looked at the new Escapes and loved the 2013 Ford Escape. I talked to Chad Howell and went for a "test drive" in a beautiful white one. They treated me very well and got the car in my price range, so I went home with my new Ford Escape!!! Fred was a pleasure to work with, I feel we received a fair deal on our vehicle purchase. Don was great and not pushy and spent quite some time with me to make sure he showed me how to operate every option on my new car.
