Our overall experience was outstanding. We were there to have our 2012 Ford Fusion serviced, the battery was giving us problems and we were getting all kinds of messages. The two young ladies in the Service have our 2012 Ford Fusion serviced, the battery was giving us problems and we were getting all kinds of messages. The two young ladies in the Service Area were just great, they explained everything to us. As we were waiting for the shuttle we looked in the showroom and noticed a 2014 Ford Fusion. We were approached by Bill Pyle who showed us the car and expolained all the features. The next thing we new we were test driving a new Fusion. By the end of the day we had turned in the old leased 2012 and had leased a new 2014 Ford Fusion. Bill Pyle made the whole experience so enjoyable, he took care of everything. All the individual we dealt with were fantastic. We came in for to service our 2012 and left with a 2014. As a matter of fact, it was the Fusion on the showroom floor. We love the color, it drives great. More

Rich Rysell greeted us when we got out of our car at Key Scales Ford. He made our first time experience with this dealership a pleasant one. He was personable and knowledgeable, answering all our questions and never pushy. We chose Ford mainly because during all the (political) bail-outs, Ford did not accept the bail-out. We found all the staff very professional including Don Garrett who we also spoke to briefly. We left with the car and the deal that we wanted. I would recommend Key Scales Ford and our salesman, Rich Rysell. More

I was so impressed with Rod Berger and Don Garrett, the proffessional and courteous service was awesome!!! Excellent experience for me.. It was almost like the old days where you meet the Gen Mgr. This is the second car I have purchased from Key Scales Ford. I have been very satisfied with the dealership and the employes that helped me. We will be customers of Key Scales Ford for as long as we buy cars. We purchased a Ford Edge about 3 months ago, and we got an amazing deal thanks to our sales rep Bill Pyle. Bill Pyle worked for us that da buy cars. We purchased a Ford Edge about 3 months ago, and we got an amazing deal thanks to our sales rep Bill Pyle. Bill Pyle worked for us that day, not Key Scales, and made sure we got the deal we were looking for. Bill got himself customers for life that day. It was beyond easy dealing with the team at Key Scales Ford. When I thought I had ac issues I scheduled an appointment with Wendy Rainy and was more than pleased with her and the service department. She was very accomodating to my schedule and so pleasant to deal with. Didn't have issues with ac, just wasn't used to it. We recently realized that our Edge did not meet the size we needed for hauling around our kids and their friends. We did not have any questions about where we were going and whom we were dealing with; Key Scales and Bill Pyle. Went back and purchased a Ford Flex. Again, Bill Pyle worked for us and not for the dealership. When we decided on the 2013 Flex, the finance department worked very hard to get a rate and payment we were happy with. I would recommend Bill Pyle and Key Scales to anyone looking for a dealership willing to work for and with you. We won't go anywhere else. Ever!! We couldn't be more thankful Bill and the Key Scales Ford team. Highly suggest giving them a chance when you decide to purchase your next vehicle! More
