When I went in I had not made a definite decision to buy a Hyundai, and was looking at other options. I dealt with Thomas Logan, who was very professional but personable. He was enthusiastic about his product, but quite laid-back in his treatment of me, so I did not feel the least bit pressured. I ended up buying my Hyundai on my very first visit to Key, and have no regrets. Mike Fox handled the business end of the transaction, and he was delightful as well. In the time since my purchase, there was a mix-up at the DMV here in Georgia, and Mike has been very patient in helping me straighten it out. I cannot say one bad word about Key Hyundai...in fact it was the best car-buying experience of my life. Plus, I am enjoying my car very much!! More

Mr Pickering in Finance was the icing on the cake. He was easy to deal with. He got us a great interest rate and was a pleasure to spend time with. We were not rushed or pressured but everything was handled professionally. I will definitely be a return customer as long as we are dealing with people like these. More

My first visit was just to test drive and look at the features on a few models, and I expected to get a heavy sales push, but the salesperson was totally relaxed and willing to let me test drive and look around without trying to lock down a sale that day. That made it even easier to come back when I was ready to buy, and they were very accommodating throughout the purchase process. More
