My last 3 oil changes I went to, not at Hyundai, were alarming as I had no oil remaining in my car. At the last one, they me to come in halfway and do a top off, which they had to add a lot as there was again no oil in the car. I was not able to get into Hyundai for a while so I bought a large oil container and had to add oil multiple times to avoid driving around with no oil. Just for the record, this is the third Hyundai I have had this problem with. Because of this, I have a lifetime warranty on the engine in my car. I bright it in January 6th and they checked for any leaks to see if that’s where the oil was going. No leaks were found. They stated they wanted to do an oil change and have me come back in 1000 miles and see how much oil is missing. If it was missing oil they wanted to do a combustion chamber cleaning that would cost about $950.00. At the 1000 mile mark, my car had less then low oil. On the dipstick it was dirty and blow the L. I was very worried as I did not want to drive around with no oil. I called Kyle several times to see when I can come in and see if I would need the $950 on arrival. As I am a single mom,I don’t just have that laying around. I never received a return call. My uncle finally spoke with him and we got in for Feb 14th. If I knew then what I known now, I would have done things differently. But I trusted this business as all my business has been with them for the 17 years I have been driving. The location is quite a distance from my house so I thought at this point there is probably no oil left as two days before it was below low. It took over an hour for them to “look” at the dipstick. They came back and told me the oil was fine and completely full. There were no issues. The oil looked like water. No way after driving almost 1500 miles, it the oil clear as water. Not to mention, it was checked two days prior with barely any oil in it. The filled my oil up and tried to tell me the car is fine. Now I have to go to another Hyundai who will actually do their job and I am recording my own videos to document so no one can try this xx again. I wish I would of known how they were ahead of time and I would have made them look with me when I got there and they wouldn’t of been able to screw me over. Its sad they have employees there who do this. And please don’t write me some xx response trying to say no one there would do this. BECAUSE THEY DID. So get your employees in order!!! I have a lot of family members who do business here that will no longer. And if you are reading this, go somewhere that can be trusted. Don’t get screwed over like I did!! More
Brought new car in for first year service. Was told 1 to 1 /4 hour. After 2.5 hours waiting and asking where the car was three times I was told still on lift. Then they suddenly got the pap Was told 1 to 1 /4 hour. After 2.5 hours waiting and asking where the car was three times I was told still on lift. Then they suddenly got the paperwork from another desk and said just finished. When I questioned that, Trevor I think his name was, he admitted the paper work was put on wrong desk and car had been done for over an hour. He lied to me initially hoping I would buy it. The paper work had huge red stamp expedite customer waiting and no one saw it on the desk? While waiting they had a big issue where someone else’s car got paper work mix up and I think they may have done the service to a wrong car. A total cluster mess in that department. I asked to talk to manager and she came out and said she would look into it and call me. She never called even after I left messages. That tells it all. They do not care. Don’t use them for service. Internet is full of one star reviews. I will use the better nicer dealer, Jenkins Hyundai, closer to my home. Sales person to buy car was great but skip the service department. More
Consistently you can see in the reviews to stay away from Kareem the Service Rep. This guy is a bag of rocks. I brought my car in showed him underneath where the service guy didn't put the push pins in my underlayment during last oil change and it was hanging down. He assured me he would take care of it. I had a scheduled appt and thought I could wait, no after an hour waiting I chose their Rideshare program to my home. It still took all day for the car to be completed. He then calls me and wants to charge $700 for small rips in the tire wells carpet covers (or whatever material that is. WTBlazing! No! Picked my car up and since it was running took his word for it, got home looked under car, underlayment still hanging down. He charged me for the $120 Synthetic Oil change when in the records I usually only get the standard oil change. Lost confidence in this dealership. Then manager sends me a review to submit and offers to buy my car, I stated what happened and I never heard from them again. Good riddance. More

Seriously, what xxxx poor customer s appointment with made 2 weeks ago only to find out they did not have the part in stock. WHAT IN THE HOLY xxxx!!! Seriously, what xxxx poor customer service. Have you not heard of a phone? Maybe unsure of how to use one? Not sure what the problem is but I could help you figure out how to use one if you like. If you made my appointment but you don't have my part in stock for the recall CALL YOUR CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW NOT TO COME IN. Pretty simple process More
I called this dealership on 12/1 to see if my car could be seen in service for a noise coming from turning the steering wheel. I was told there was an appointment available on 12/4 at 9am. Due to my work s be seen in service for a noise coming from turning the steering wheel. I was told there was an appointment available on 12/4 at 9am. Due to my work schedule, I dropped my vehicle off the day before. I called at 3pm on 12/4 and was told my car still had not been assigned to a technician and wouldn't have diagnostic ran until next day. I was told they do not go by appointment times, but rather a first come first serve basis. Which made NO sense as my car was there the DAY before my appointment, and they weren't even open on Sunday when I left it. I picked up my car and transferred it to another dealership and was able to get diagnostic ran in a timely manner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. STAY FAR AWAY. More

On 6/10/22 I purchased a Santa Fe, In the financial process. the F&I person sold me a next mile maintenance program., I was unaware that Hyundai provided complimentary oil changes. I tried to schedule process. the F&I person sold me a next mile maintenance program., I was unaware that Hyundai provided complimentary oil changes. I tried to schedule an oil change and was told by the service writer and also the service manager there would be a 4 week wait for an oil change but if I came in as a walk in there would be a 5 hour wait. I could only come in on a Thursday. This did not work for me. I live 35 miles from the dealership and cannot let an oil change dictate my life. I have since traded the vehicle for a Palisade (that I wanted in the beginning) I was told there was not a vehicle that I wanted was not available. Given the attitude by the service department and also the F&I person, I will never darken the door of Key Hyundai. I would NOT recommend Key Hyundai to anyone More
Sharing my experience at Key Buick/Hyundai. Took my Hyundai in for repair because my a/c lost all its freon. Key stated they would charge a $216.00 "diagnostic fee" to look at my car. I paid it Took my Hyundai in for repair because my a/c lost all its freon. Key stated they would charge a $216.00 "diagnostic fee" to look at my car. I paid it. When I went back to pick up my car they stated that they were unable to diagnose the problem and that I should bring it back. I brought the car in a second time and they were still unable to diagnose. They suggested I bring it back a third time. Instead I took it to a mechanic who in one short visit diagnosed a cracked and leaking hose and repaired my car. Key refuses to refund the "diagnostic fee" for a service I feel they did not provide. We purchased a brand new 2021 Elantra Hybrid with Key Hyundai of Jacksonville. Since purchasing the vehicle in 2021, the car has had numerous problems. Most recently on September 7th the vehicle stopped Hyundai of Jacksonville. Since purchasing the vehicle in 2021, the car has had numerous problems. Most recently on September 7th the vehicle stopped working in the middle of a busy road and gave a HEV error. We had it towed to the dealership. Since the vehicle has been with the team at Key Hyundai, the communication has been horrible. At first, there were miscommunications on whether or not the issue was even diagnosed. It took a week for the dealership to finally get the paperwork to Hyundai so that we could be approved for a rental vehicle. Radio silence since then. We have tried getting any sort of update from Service Director (Toni) and the DOO/GM (Conrad) without success. I have had to open a case with Hyundai, and they also cannot get any response from leadership at the Key Hyundai to provide us with an update. Extremely disappointing, but not surprising based on the lack of communication we have received as well. We finally found out yesterday (September 28th) that the parts to fix the issue are back ordered. So still no time frame on us getting our vehicle back. If you are considering buying with Key Hyundai, please read through their reviews. The buying process seemed great. But once your vehicle starts needing repairs (and it will) the dealership will not help you or communicate with you. And like us, you may be left without your vehicle indefinitely. More
