This dealer was absolutely no help after I experienced a stress crack in the windshield of my 2006 F150 that I recently purchased from them. They denied repair on the windshield, telling me to go through my stress crack in the windshield of my 2006 F150 that I recently purchased from them. They denied repair on the windshield, telling me to go through my insurance. The service writer was also unprofessional and borderline abusive over the phone. DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with Salem Ford! More
