I had some misgivings about Key Hyundai after my wife had come back from a service visit. After having received an e-mail asking about service I decided to call. Jackie answered the phone and helped b come back from a service visit. After having received an e-mail asking about service I decided to call. Jackie answered the phone and helped belated all my misgivings. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Jackie jumped at the chance to help and check all the information to make sure we came back and were satisfied. Jackie is an asset to your company. My wife and I are planning on buying a brand new Veloster this year and we will be checking Key Hyundai first because of the service Jackie had and is giving us. Please send her our many thanks. They said they'd call me back with updates, never did. They said they'd have my car ready by the end of the day, never did. I was without a car for 5 days with a pregnant wife and they showed no concern. I would not go back. It was a total disregard of the customer. More
