I leased a 2015 Hyndai Elantra I leased a car on 12/4/14. I was using my car as a trade in. I produced the VIN and waited 30 mins for the appraisal of my trade which they offered 10 I leased a car on 12/4/14. I was using my car as a trade in. I produced the VIN and waited 30 mins for the appraisal of my trade which they offered 1000. I had research KBB, black book, edmunds, for the value of my trade and the lowest trade in was 1250. But I accepted 1000 for the trade and completed the complete lease agreement, put insurance on the new vehicle, cancel the insurance on my trade. and was giving a 20 day plate. And paid the first month lease and insurance. Drove off with my new leased vehicle. After having the new car for 6 hours, Newman then discovered that my trade had a rebuilt title therefore telling me that they would only give me 200. For my car so they needed an additional 800. In cash. Let me remind you all contracts were signed 6 hours earlier and a vehicle appraisal was done on my vehicle 6 hours earlier. I refused to take just 200 for my trade so they took the new car back and returned my car to me. I had to drive home with no insurance on my vehicle. 2 hours after that, they called to say I smoked in the new vehicle, well when I drove off the lot is was my car to smoke in! No where in a lease agreement does it say you cant smoke in the vehicle! Now I am in a battle to have my first month lease and insurance payment returned to me. I have also been working with my insurance company to cancel the insurance on the new lease vehicle and re insure my vehicle again. This has been the most horrible experience I have ever been through! All over them decreasing the value of my trade in by 800 after doing an appraisal and offering me a 1000. Hyndai offers incentives worth more than 800 at times. If they really did the appraisal they should have known it had a rebuilt title, and let me add, the reason for the rebuilt title is from when the car was brand new 9 years ago it had water damage in the dealers lot, the dealer claimed it on insurance then in return had the vehicle retitled as rebuilt and resold it. The car was never in its history ever in and accident. Carfax confirmed all this information via the VIN history. NEVER will I ever do business with this dealer again!!! More

I went shopping for a car (for which I don't need to buy) and I checked out their inventory online. When I contacted them via email, I was presented with alternatives to the vehicle I wanted to see. I scheduled a time to go see all THREE cars. When I arrived, only ONE car was there. The others were at other locations within their 'group'. I left the dealership and sent two emails, one to the salesperson, and one to the email contact I had, outlining other cars I had found on their website. I simply wanted to know their location (in their group) and whether they were available to see or test drive. Apparently, I wasn't important enough to respond to, as I have yet to receive any response to my inquiry. Even if they were to contact me now, I would not give this dealership my business. More

Joel was professional, detailed and handled everything was handled in a timely manner. Joel made a very intimidating process easy eliminating the stress of buying a new car. Armando Rodriquez worked diligently to find me the best rate for my car loan. I got a better loan rate than I anticipated thanks to his efforts. I live in the Boston area and have many dealerships close to my home and office. I would recommend Salem Ford Hyundai over any of my local dealerships. I have to say I went to this dealership 4 years ago when I was considering buying a car and was very disappointed. I recently went, because I know I wanted a Hyundai and knew that i could at least test driv I was considering buying a car and was very disappointed. I recently went, because I know I wanted a Hyundai and knew that i could at least test drive the car there and go elsewhere to buy it. I was greated with such professionalism and Hector was so friendly, I decided to stay and find out if it would be different this time. To my pleasant surprise it was. Four years ago another car was pushed at me so much that I found my car in Concord instead of Salem. This time I am very happy with the whole buying experience, the salesperson hector was great, his manager Dave was great and even the finance person Morgan was great. I would definitely suggest checking them out, the model they use for their employees is great, they are not paid on commision, but their salary is based upon how well they work for the customer. More
I currently reside in Pennsylvania. A few weeks ago I began the search for a large full size vehicle. I searched up to 500 miles away, went through at least 200 different ads and dealers and came across began the search for a large full size vehicle. I searched up to 500 miles away, went through at least 200 different ads and dealers and came across Salem Ford Hyundai, selling not a Ford or a Hyundai, but a 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. The price seemed fair for this low mileage 2013 vehicle, after some research I made a few calls and advised them of my situation (being 6 hours away, needing to close a "verbal deal" over the phone prior to me coming there). The gentleman I dealt with (one of the managers) David Silvia was more than accommodating and welcoming of my business. I received great treatment and felt enthusiasm from everyone at the dealer. They gave me a fair price for my trade in based on KBB & Autotrader, etc. I decided to make the purchase, gave my banking information to Armando Rodriguez and asked him to get in contact with my bank to process the financing and at the end of the day, the deal was closed. Their superior level of customer service made everything a breeze. I drove the 385 miles from my home to the dealer Saturday 8/10/13 to pick up my new vehicle and I was met by what seemed very honest, humble and down to earth people. I wish to thank the staff at Salem Ford Hyundai for making my purchasing experience a breeze considering everything was done for me while being out of state. Starting Sept. 2012, we visited numerous dealers of, not only Hyundai, but other makes as well. After about 6 weeks of test drives, and evaluations, our 2013 Santa Fe Sport was the best decision we could have made. To start with, when we walked in this dealership, we expected the traditional assault and high pressure we had been encountering. Quite to our surprise, our experience was completely the opposite. Mike Rodriguez, sales associate, and Michael Palmer, the sales manager, politely introduced themselves and made us feel totally at ease. We talked features and pricing and told them we were still considering other cars. They were not upset in any way, and understood that buying a car is a large expenditure and not everyone makes a snap decision. They understood totally and said that if we had any questions, to give them a call. WOW! This was totally different than the arm twisting, give me a deposit check now approach that we were experiencing. We didn't even have to go back to order the car, just did it over the phone. We would highly recommend this dealer for a Hyundai or Ford. Mike Rodriguez and Michael Palmer were both outstanding in their service to us. More

He was an all around very nice guy and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of a car. When I need to buy another car in the furture or someone asks me about car dealers I have dealt with he will be the first person I would recommed/ go to! There aren't enough good things to say about him! Go to this dealership their prices are the lowest I found, no other dealership could come close. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasurable.
