After buying my new car 2 months ago there was a little problem. A week after initially taking my car in I had it back, but the problem still was not resolved and I had to once again return to the dealersh problem. RW was incredibly understanding, very calm and collected and took over solving my problem immediatly. I left there feeling like I could trust that the problem would be fixed and would no longer be causing me the headache it had been. Thanks RW for taking care of this! More

Your organization is fair, fairly priced, courteous, professional, attentive and caring. And it comes across as very genuine. Ryan is a cornerstone of your organization and should be respected as such. I hope there is a place for him in upper management when the time comes....It would be nice to see him be infectious with his style by managing others to be the same way in the same professional manner. I walked in there to service my 2011 sonata SE/limited. My service rep was Robert Julcson and he was very pleasant, and I love his sense of humor. Out of all the service rep. He is my FAVORITE one. Fyi (I LOVE MY SONATA) well I was with my husband and he was thinking about buying a new car. I was used to talking to Tommy Ortiz, my previous salesperson. I felt very very comfortable with him. Then I found out he left this dealer. I was devastated until the receptionist told me to speak with Wendy @ first, I was wearily but she turned out to be friendly. We were talking and comparing nationality. I felt at ease speaking to someone that speaks Spanish. The price was not looking good so Mathew the manager came out and spoke to me. He was very friendly, and warm. But price not good Until Sal came and made me very very happy!!!! Sal was also a comedian, Well guess what my husband came out with a 2012 TUSCON limited. Looking at the new 2011' Sonata's with the great deals and considering the great service we had received over the past years we were sold! We received a great deal on a most beautiful car with all the toys! We are very happy drivers' again in our new 2011' Sonata. I am only rating the service department and I'd give them a 0 out of 10. I brought a 2004 Hyundai I recently purchased to them to evaluate clutch which was having problems. They quoted a whopping $1500 say a 0 out of 10. I brought a 2004 Hyundai I recently purchased to them to evaluate clutch which was having problems. They quoted a whopping $1500 saying it needed a new flywheel in addition to the clutch. I brought to a local repair shop in Milford (Ace Auto) who road tested, took apart transmission, and advised flywheel was fine--clutch repair was $600 and car is running great. I feel Key Hyundai tried to rip me off and did not evaluate the problem other than road-testing (for which I was charged $100). I won't be going back needless to say. Since my visit, they've had a telemarketing firm call to get muy opinion of service. I explained what happened and left my contact information--guess what, they never called !! More
went in for a minor problem..they could not find a problem but noticed a recall was needed to be done on the sub frame .. they did the recall and after driving a few miles a loud thud came from under problem but noticed a recall was needed to be done on the sub frame .. they did the recall and after driving a few miles a loud thud came from under the car...my wife was shaking but got the car back..they admitted nothing and did not know what the thud was.. the check engine light was on but not on when I brought the car in.. and they told my wife it needed input and output speed sensors and would cost 500 dollars with tax to repair... you smell something wrong here... I told Ryan I did not trust him and that either they did not know what they were doing or worse.. they knew exactly what they were trying to do here..took the car as is and brought it to a reputable repair shop...Intown automotive on Buckingham ave...he reset everything for FREE and told me they don't replace parts unless they needed to be replaced... I think you need to look at your team or you are part of this scam..I will tell my friends and family about Jill and Jeff Merriam,,, I called you but you did not return my call ...when my my wife or daughter who uses the car to travel to college and back are involved I get angry to think that a dealer would treat customers this way..Regards More
I had a problem with the the garage who provided roadside assistance through Hyundai Corporation. The issue had nothing to do with Ms. Merriam's or her dealership. While I was in the dealership getting my ti assistance through Hyundai Corporation. The issue had nothing to do with Ms. Merriam's or her dealership. While I was in the dealership getting my tire fixed I noticed a poster of her stating to email her with any question or concern a person may have. Within one hour of my email I received a response back from Ms. Merriam. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Ms. Merriam's quick response and her respect for my complaint. Often complaints are handled by excuses, placing blame on someone else or throwing up ones hands and stating " I understand but there is nothing I can do". The astounding immediacy of her response and her follow through on a complaint that was really not about her dealership but rather about Hyundai Corporation's Roadside Assistance was truly awesome. Even if my request for reimbursement was denied I would have been impressed by her professionalism. I will be sure to tell people about my experience. Thank you so much. Sheila a. Flanagan--- More
